We put in huge efforts to ensure that you receive the best quality products exactly as you ordered them. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase (or part of it), you can return it within 7 days of receipt*
*Please note: exchanges/returns are not possible when:
The item has been customised/personalised.
The item has been worn/washed.
An attempt has been made to repair any defect.
Instructions on the care label have not been followed.

Return it to us with a copy of the order no. and a brief note explaining the reason for the return.

As soon as we receive the returned item, we will contact you to discuss your returns preference: replacement, exchange or refund.
Once an order has been confirmed and paid for, it is not be possible to cancel an order with customised wording. However, please do call us (0843 320 5222) or email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will do our best to help.
Orders without customised wording can be cancelled up to 24 hours after the order has been placed as long as the order has not been dispatched.
